How The Rested You came to be.
The Rested You was born from a shared passion for rest as a transformative practice. Co-founders Claudia Menger and Rachel Brownbridge brought together their years of experience in Yoga Nidra, movement, and well-being to create a space where rest is valued, practiced, and supported.
Through their personal and professional journeys, Claudia and Rachel saw the profound impact of rest on mental, emotional, and physical health. Witnessing the societal pressure to âkeep going,â they envisioned The Rested You as a sanctuary to counteract burnout and exhaustion. Rooted in compassion, their offeringsâincluding deep rest workshops, retreats, and a growing online membershipâsupport individuals in cultivating a sustainable foundation of rest in their lives.
With a blend of intuitive practices, seasonal wisdom, and an ever-growing community, The Rested You invites participants to embrace rest as a radical and healing act.
